PRDC provides custom AI development services including chatbot development, API integrations, web development, and full-stack application development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual property

All code and deliverables produced for a client project belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. The PRDC brand, website content, and proprietary tools remain our property.

4. AI assistant disclaimer

The chat assistant on this website is powered by AI and may produce inaccurate information. It is not a substitute for direct consultation. For binding commitments regarding services, pricing, or timelines, please contact us directly.

5. Limitation of liability

This website and its AI assistant are provided “as is”. PRDC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of information on this site or responses from the AI assistant.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court, Tallinn.
